New Year’s Breakfast

Pastry is where my heart and soul are, but it turns out I’m a fair cook too. I don’t eat eggs for breakfast, but my fiancee loves his scrambles, skillets, omelettes- pretty much anything I can put inside of eggs!

New Year’s Eve I made him a skillet breakfast that was small diced potatoes (my knife skills still amaze him), onion, ham, eggs and cheddar cheese on a ciabatta roll. Big hit!
