These muffins were a great way to start Baked: New Frontiers in Baking with Baked Sunday Mornings! It should be fall, but it’s not quite feeling that way here in Michigan yet… hopefully in the next week or so.
This recipe was so simple, and so good! They were a great way to kick off pumpkin spice everything season- and I think both our offices will agree on Monday morning!
Cream and Butter 
Good idea making them into muffins. I think I might try that next time. Easier for sharing without having to worry about slicing pieces… especially at work. 🙂

Ugh yes, it is still SO HOT in Toronto too. Can’t wait until it cools down so I can start baking with abandon again!
