I have a past in pastry, and attended pastry school at Kendall College on Goose Island in Chicago, IL. I lived, went to school and learned about pastry in Chicago- a great city with even more great food.
Fast forward to the present, and I’m engaged and living outside of Detroit, MI. I no longer work in the professional pastry field, and now make a living as a legal assistant- which I also love. I keep my pastry skills for home, and I’m a decent cook too.
This blog is a project that is shared- I do all the baking, and my fiancee helps with the IT- the coding and such, and also helps with all my photos.
Follow along as I bake my way through the year, and thrill my family, friends, plus my office and my finance’s office.
