I missed this recipe in it’s regular rotation in January this year, and when I showed my husband the list of things I’ve missed in between moving, planning a wedding, getting married, taking a honeymoon and changing jobs (it’s been a busy year!), he picked these.
I was skeptical, as I’m not a fan of bananas. But these were yummy and so simple! They went over well with my husband’s office too (things often get tasted and critiqued by the metro Detroit IT department of Home Depot Corporate).
I’m thrilled I was able to make these with the extra Tuesday in October! Happy Halloween!
