Ok- I’m late. Sorry about that. I had these made Sunday night but somehow posting them never happened and then the week started and we’ve been busy.
These fell into a category of baked goods that I try to stay away from: peanut butter aka my epic and total downfall. They were a huge hit at both of our offices!
And- as much as I really wanted to change the chocolate to dark- I stuck to the suggested milk chocolate, and I’m glad I did. It gave them a really nice rounded out flavor.
